In 2009 Marcela met Federico Ferrandina, a classical musician, composer, guitarist and independent arranger and producer, with whom she put together a repertory of voice and guitar tangos from the wenties to the present.

Federico’s incisive, delicate style, combines beautifully with Marcela’s melodious, full voice in a range of tangos from its beginnings to contemporary tango.

Marcela and Federico have played in various milongas and tango clubs in Rome: Giardino del Tango, Tangofficina, Caffettin di Roma, Tango Bar, Elettrotango, Circolo degli Artisti, the Habicura event, to name a few.
